SOURIAU PA&E, Inc. (a North Central Washington manufacturing organization) is growing its first and second shifts.
We are looking for several entry-level employees who possess a good work ethic, are team players, dependable, motivated; and who are interested in full-time, long-term employment with an established company.
We currently have positions currently available for:
- Assemblers, 1st and 2nd shifts
- Experienced machinists
- A quality control technician, 2nd shift
- A process technician
- Final inspectors
Applicants for these positions must have the ability to:
- Exhibit good hand/eye coordination
- Read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
- Write legibly and accurately
- Work cooperatively with all employees
- Follow basic directions
- Retain information
- Promptly and consistently notify supervisor (or other designated trainer) when a task is complete
- Exhibit basic computer skills
- Safely work with hazardous chemicals
- Use a microscope the majority of the day
- Apply basic math skills as required
- Visually see and manually manipulate small parts (fine motor skills, dexterity)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Sit/stand the majority of the day
- Transport parts between departments and buildings
- Attend work on time every scheduled day during the introductory period
